Workforce Development Services (WDS)

Illinois State University works in partnership with the Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES) to provide a variety of data processing and analytical services.

Workforce Data Integration & Analysis (WDIA)

We facilitate public service efforts of IDES through data processing, integration of records across multiple sources, measure development, econometric analysis, and production of statistical reports.

Workforce Development Client Services (WDCS)

We also work with IDES to facilitate the work of other educational and public service agencies through authorized data matching, provision of analytical services, and provision of related technology services.
