SidebarFinancial[0]="<h2>Bishal Kasu, Applied Community & Economic Development Fellow, Sociology</h2><p>After receiving his master’s degrees in both anthropology and zoology from Tribhuvan University in Kirtipur, Kathmandu, Bishal attended Illinois State University and completed his MA in Sociology.  While attending ISU, Bishal completed an 11-month professional practice with ASPIRA Inc. of Illinois.  During his time with ASPIRA, Bishal was involved with the expansion of ASPIRA services in Caribbean countries and in the creation of ASPIRA’s Sustainability and Asset Building Division and Social Enterprises Unit.  Bishal hopes to remain involved with community and economic development practices for the rest of his life.  “My mission in life is to contribute to uplifting living standards of disadvantaged and ethnic groups which are forced to remain behind because of unfavorable social, economic and political factors.”</p>";
SidebarFinancial[1]="<h2>Craig Schlatter, Applied Community & Economic Development Fellow, Applied Economics</h2><p>Craig Schlatter is Community Development Manager at the Community Development Commission of Mendocino County (CDC) in Ukiah, California.  Craig served his professional practice at the CDC and was hired as a result of his service.  His major responsibilities include oversight of the community development department and staff and management of the County of Mendocino&#8217;s Housing and Community Development programs.  Since coming to the CDC, Craig has brought in over $3,000,000 in funding for housing and community development in Mendocino County.  Craig has a B.S. from Illinois State and completed his M.S. in Applied Economics. </p>";
SidebarFinancial[2]="<h2>Sheri Hink, Applied Community & Economic Development Fellow, Sociology, at Nebraska Community Foundation's Rural Philanthropy Conference</h2><p>Sheri Hink received a master’s degree in Sociology with the Applied Community and Economic Development sequence in December 2009.  Sheri received her B.S. from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a major in Sociology and a minor in Women’s Studies.  Sheri served her professional placement with the Nebraska Community Foundation in Lincoln, NE.  Offered a full time position upon completion of her professional practice, she continues working with the Nebraska Community Foundation as the Education and Events Coordinator.  Sheri sites her professional practice as having a key impact on her career.  “My professional practice gave me hands-on experience in real life community and economic development efforts in rural Nebraska.  I learned more in those 11 months than I have in any other 11-month period of my life,” she says.</p>";
